                    Convention Cancellation/Refund Policy:
All cancelled registrations are subject to a $50 processing fee. A refund will be issued if WRITTEN notification is received no later than January 31, 2012. Fax notifications to (773) 693-1271 or via email at bwiest@igainc.com.

SECTION 4: PAYMENT INFORMATION
You will be contacted by an IGA representative to obtain your CREDIT CARD information to finalize the registration fee within three to five business days.
SECTION 5: HOTEL INFORMATION - THE MIRAGE HOTEL & CASINO

Reservations must be made directly with the hotel by Monday, January 16, 2012. To reserve your room, please contact Mirage Room Reservations at 1-800-627-6667 and reference the National Grocers Association and the Group Code: NGACIB.
Operators are available from 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
You may also reserve a room at www.thengashow.com.
Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the hotel’s prevailing rates.
The room rate per night at The Mirage Hotel is $169.00 plus 12% County Room Tax of $20.28 = $189.28
