Credit card transactions can not be completed online. Within 3-5 business days after completion of your online registration, Jane Gleason of IGA will contact you for your payment information. Checks should be made payable to IGA, INC.

All room reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Cancellation is permitted until 7 days prior to arrival. At 7 days prior to arrival, should room cancellation occur, credit cards will
be charged for one night’s accommodations.
Any arrival and/or departure changes to hotel
reservations must be made through IGA Chicago.
All changes must be received in writing.
IGA Chicago will make all hotel reservations, please complete the registration form to reserve your room. Single and/or
Double rooms are at a rate of $180.00 CAD and are subject to the
appropriate provincial, federal and local occupancy taxes and fees in effect at the time of the Rally. As of July
2010, these taxes are 2% hotel tax, 12% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), and 1.5% Destination Management Fee
(DMF) for a total tax of 15.74% (Note: HST is applied to the hotel tax).
