Registration Fees
IGA Retailers $699 per couple and/or individual
IGA Licensed Distribution Center Representatives/Red Oval Partners/Special Guests $1,750 per couple and/or individual.
Credit Card transactions will not be completed online, an IGA representative will contact you for your card information within 3-5 business days of your online Registration. Checks can be made payable to IGA, INC.
To receive a refund of payment for the registration fees, notification of cancellation must be received in writing at IGA no later than February 24, 2010. We regret due to convention commitments, we will be unable to refund any portion of the registration fees after that date.
Hotel cancellation is permitted until 7 days prior to arrival. At 7 days prior to arrival, should room cancellation occur, credit cards will be charged for one night’s accommodations. Any arrival/departure changes to hotel must be made through IGA Chicago. All changes must be received in writing.
IGA has reserved a block of rooms at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Conference Center. Also, a limited number of Suites have been reserved at a special conference rate. Rooms are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please let us know your lodging needs no later than February 24, 2010. After February 24, 2010, room reservations will be taken on a space-available basis only. All room reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.
